Jon Wiilde got famous singing in the shower and it sounded really good!

Recording artist and touring musician Jon Wiilde got famous singing in the shower. For real. He recorded videos and songs in the place with the best acoustics in his house which happened to be in the bathroom. He said “There are two places you can sit and one of them is not where I wanted to sit, so…” He then started posting the videos on all of his socials and started gaining fans quickly. So many liked his music that he ended up getting signed to Nettwerk Records, the same label that launched artists like Coldplay, Sarah McLachlan, and Barenaked Ladies. Jon has recently been touring with Goldford and took a road trip from Cincinnati to visit WFPK in Louisville.

Jon is also a former music teacher and owns a music school in Sacramento, CA. where he is from. We talked about the importance of music education and what made him take the leap to where he is now.
