HONOLULU – Ten University of Hawai’i student-athletes have been selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic At-Large All-District Team.
In order to be eligible, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale) at his or her current institution. At-large candidates come from a pool of more than a dozen NCAA-sponsored sports, which includes men’s volleyball, women’s beach volleyball, women’s water polo and men’s and women’s golf at UH.

Quintin Greenidge (Men’s Volleyball), Junior
- Sociology Major
- 2026 AVCA All-America honorable mention
- 2026 All-Big West first team
- Starting libero on squad that won the 2026 Big West regular and the program’s third-ever NCAA title
Nathan Szpakowicz (Men’s Golf), Sophomore
- Accounting major
- Team’s top scholar-athlete
- Competed in all 10 tournaments
- Second on the team with a 73.57 scoring average
Dane Watanabe (Men’s Golf), Junior
- Health & Exercise Science major
- Two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree
- 2026 All-Big West honorable mention
- Led the team with a 72.97 scoring average
- Placed 6th overall at the Big West Championship
James Whitworth (Men’s Golf), Senior
- B.S., Finance
- Two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree
- One of three players to compete in all 10 tournaments
- Notched a team-best 12 rounds under par

Gabrielle Doyle (Water Polo), Sophomore
- Pre-Business major
- NCAA Elite Scholar-Athlete in 2026
- Played in all 22 matches for a UH squad that won its third straight Big West title
- Fourth on the squad with 25 goals, while also adding 17 assists
Julia Lawrenz (Beach Volleyball), Senior
- B.S., Journalism
- AVCA All-America second team
- All-Big West first team
- Led the team in overall wins (23) and winning percentage (.742)
Daisy Logtens (Water Polo), Junior
- Health & Exercise Sciences major
- Three-time All-American with honorable mention in 2026
- Three-time All-Big West first team
- Ranks fourth in program history with 593 saves
Sydney Miller (Beach Volleyball), Senior
- B.S., Fashion Design & Merchandising
- Appeared in all 33 matches and ranked third on the team with 20 wins.
- Three-time All-Big West selection
- Finished her career with 75 wins, tied for 12th in the UH record books
Raha Peiravani (Water Polo), Senior
- B.S., International Business/Finance
- 2026 All-Big West second team
- Sixth on the team with 13 goals
- Two-time NCAA Elite 90 Award
Roni Perlman (Water Polo), Senior
- M.S., Marketing
- Two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree
- Led the team in assists (40) and finished fourth in points (55)
- Key player on three-time Big West Championship and NCAA Tournament squads
