Any proof of SCOTUS involvement?

Has there been any reports or writings or rumors indicating that a sitting SCOTUS justice was involved? I wonder with the recent ruling for Steve Bannon if any present or past Justice was ever involved and if that ultimately may have played a role in what was going on with the recent ruling. That or it’s just help Trump whenever possible idk
