*I already know they're doing what they want anyway but I'm wondering*
From what I understand, the bill clarifies that every piece of evidence, even new pieces that come forward after the releases are supposed to be publicized? Could I be mistaken in that?
Because I've heard stories of people coming forward after being able to out names to the faces that hurt them in the past but I haven't seen a peep about them or heard new documents being released about new claims or allegations even for the "small fries" in the schemes?
