So, for decades now, the Feds have seized money and property that they *think* was the result of illegal activity. Usually drugs. They will even just take your cash if they find you carrying a "suspicious amount," or your car if they think it is "too nice for your income." Very vague stuff, and *technically* they aren't doing anything to you. They are *suing the items they seized.* You don't even get a trial. They just take it, and you have to sue to get it back.
So…..
How in the effing Hell, has Epstein, who was already convicted once, and is very clearly shown to have reoffended, *and* who seems to have profited off of trafficking kids for sex, never had a single freaking dime touched?
Seems like the Feds have a stronger case for taking everything that fucker ever owned, than they do in many cases, where they just stop a car , find cash, and keep it. Google some of the cases. They have immense power here. Not that I agree with the concept, but why is none of this an option with Epstein's estate, which BTW seems to still be paying people off for various shady services.
Is there a legal explanation outside of "LOL, rich people!"
