President Donald Trump on Wednesday urged Republicans to stay united and “be strong,” accusing Democrats of wrongdoing during remarks at the National Republican Congressional Committee dinner in Washington.
Trump said GOP majorities must stand firm on their priorities, adding that they cannot let “thugs on the other side of the aisle” push them around, as he claimed Democrats are acting wrongly.
