It's not a crime to be arrogant, obsessed with power structures and fixated on wealth and status; it's just annoying. It's fine to be an ass. That's how Wolff is presented by many, incl. in this video. But Wolff's willingness to help/suppress the truth about Epstein … in exchange for access and influence… that's an issue.
Wolff's defense has often been that <he dealt with the "devil" (Epstein)> <to stop a "greater evil" (Trump)> in 2015.
For me, Wolff had essentially become the translator for these men. Not just for Trump, but Epstein. But it really looks like the cost of that translation was a willingness to help Epstein to delete his criminal history from the public record. Not that it worked, but he tried.
