Following on from my recent post about the numerous computers & drives seized from Epstein’s Manhattan mansion just after his arrest in 2019, it does sound like their contents are indeed most damning after all…

I've since found this email cc'd to Todd Blanche (topically!), titled "Rachel continues to kill it", which shows the relevant article link that's included above and throws much more light on what the drives actually contain. (Also cc'd was John Cronan, Trump-nominated SDNY District Judge, ho ho).
The email (sender redacted) and its linked article refer to prosecutor Rachel Maimin… who helped prosecute the case against Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen for campaign-finance violations and other crimes.
This from the CNN article:-
As they pursue potential targets beyond Epstein, prosecutors will likely have the ability to use material they seized from a search conducted of his Upper East Side mansion in the hours after his arrest in July, according to former federal prosecutor Rachel Maimin… who helped prosecute the case against President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen for campaign-finance violations and other crimes.
Now the juicy stuff:-
During the search of Epstein’s home, agents recovered a “vast trove” of lewd photographs of young-looking women or girls, dozens of electronic files, compact discs with labels that suggested they contained pictures or videos of people other than Epstein and other material in a locked safe, according to court filings.
"… with labels that suggested they contained pictures or videos of people other than Epstein" – hmmm, now that's the sort of dirt we all really want to know about!
FYI, here is my earlier post from yesterday with the EFTA link detailing all that seized equipment (incl. 14 computers, 12 hard drives & 55 CD/DVDs). At the time though, I didn't know what sort of data it contains, though not hard to guess.
From the CNN article it also appears he probably didn't know they were coming for him this time, hence them finding all the kit….
In the months leading up to the indictment, prosecutors took “extraordinary efforts,” they told the court, to keep their investigation of him secret so that they could prevent Epstein from evading prosecution.
Were it not for him then suddenly (& apparently) dying, we might've got to see the evidence on co-conspirators revealed during his eventual trial. What a shame. I suggest that's why he conveniently 'killed himself' so soon after his arrest?
Please note btw this isn't about the relatively small amount of drives & stuff removed from his PB mansion in 2005 and hidden by his PIs, which Congress members have recently asked them to testify about. That should also be crucial evidence of course, given they felt the need to lock it in a safe & later hide it.
EDIT: I was wondering about his arrest being before the end of Trump 1.0. Then it dawned on me Trump wanted to nail him but probably wasn't even aware of all the recordings he'd been making… until after they busted him. In which case it then became most urgent for Epstein to 'disappear', and soon – before it could all come out in his trial.
