So I kept seeing this name pop up in the files and after a search, realized it might be Henri de Castries, who is a man who has been a chairman at the Bilderberg group since 2012 and since 2015, he has been chairman of French think tank Institut Montaigne, based in Paris.
He is also is a part of the House of Casteries, a French noble family from Languedoc. The city of Castries in the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia was named after one of its members.
